Beverley Manor Elementary School

The faculty and staff of Beverley Manor Elementary School believe that education is a continuous developmental process designed to meet the needs of all students within the school.

The wide spectrum of children and learning abilities necessitates adapting the curriculum to the child, rather than adapting the child to the curriculum. The staff strive to provide the opportunity for each child to develop intellectually, emotionally, physically, morally, and socially. Each child is a unique individual who should be encouraged to develop a positive and realistic concept of himself, his teachers, and his fellow students.

The personnel within the school should make every effort to maintain a good working relationship between school, home, and community. The school should provide a favorable learning environment which supports all areas of learning and thereby contributes to the continuous positive growth of each student.

The faculty and staff of Beverley Manor Elementary believe each student should be guided to develop ethical standards of behavior and self-discipline in order to become a responsible citizen in a democratic and changing society.
