Jazz In The Park was conceived and implemented in 1988 by four Staunton jazz lovers-Lew & Lisa Morrison, Bill Harouff and Phillip Nolley and along with a little help from their friends, booked the bands, raised money, did promotions and even played in some of the concerts.
